Health & Safety Professionals

Our Services

Working closely with some of Canada’s most prolific and diverse industry leaders since 1989, we are committed to helping employers meet the highest standard of workplace health and safety and legal compliance. We accomplish this, in part, by providing;

Superior Client Services

Focused based advisory, audit, emergency response and consulting services, (outlined below) provided with proven subject matter expertis , means our clients are better prepared to address the modern-day challenges that health and safety now demands.

Solution Oriented Progress

Using fact-based technology and discussion will lead to better resolutions, that in turn, improves and better protects worker health and safety and our client’s business. This also promotes faster and more substantive solutions by removing distraction caused by subjective thinking.

Workplace Safety Audits

Employers need to establish an occupational health and safety management system (OHSMS) and have a program to successfully implement the system. Audits serve two primary purposes. They determine if the system is working and if not – why not. This is a critical component of any effective health & safety management system. Auditing helps to ensure continual compliance.

Training & Education

Management, supervisors and workers need to be trained in health & safety standards. We write and customize training to ensure clients and participants are provided with the specific knowledge to create diligence and maintain safety compliance. Working at Heights (WAH), First Aid, CPR, WHMIS and Supervisory Competence are examples of the critically important programs we customize for clients.

Policy / Procedures Development

We have a team of full-time subject matter experts that research, develop and design policy and procedures specific to the circumstances present, to ensure clients meet the legislated standards. Every policy and procedure we develop will meet the intent of legislation and specific needs of the client. And YES, both can co-exist successfully.

Advanced Compliance Analytics

Using leading technologies, extensive data sources and leading decision-science capabilities, we offer solutions based on the legislated requirements and the circumstances present. We continue to employ and update our analytics to identify needs and build your compliance infrastructure around that information. Superior accident prevention methodologies will lead to better outcomes on a more consistent basis.

Emergency Response

We are experts in emergency response because people turn to our expertise when things get chaotic and they need help. Our emergency preparedness and response program ensure your best interests are protected and delays are minimized. Chaos is not part of the process. Our emergency response system is methodical and designed to deal with very traumatic situations with a calculated and calm expertise. Remember, the actions YOU take in the aftermath of an emergency are extremely important and can impact eventual outcomes.
